The Assure FLEX includes an internal conveyor system, built specifically to integrate directly into an inventory management system, standard conveyors, or other robotic loading mechanisms. “It is truly one of a kind and opens up many opportunities to improve inventory control,” stated Todd O’Neil, Business Development Manager at Nordson Test & Inspection. The Assure FLEX can be configured in such that it is “hands-off”, not requiring any operator involvement for counting. The Assure FLEX also can be used as a standard stand-alone machine for quick counts of reels.
