Count On Tools Adds Custom Universal IL7 Nozzle for Specialized SMT Assembly Applications

GAINESVILLE, GA ― July 2026 ― Count On Tools, Inc. (COT), a leading provider of precision components and SMT spare parts, has introduced Part No. 2026-5682, a custom Universal IL7 nozzle designed for the placement of the Hirose DF40C-80DP-0.4V female socket. 

The custom nozzle features a 0.70 mm x 4.0 mm blade engineered to securely handle the connector during the pick-and-place process. Manufactured to customer specifications, the nozzle provides the precision required for placing fine-pitch components used in today's high-density electronic assemblies.
